This page explains what hex-command.com collects and why. The site is run by Devinci Studio. If you have a question about your data, email contact@hex-command.com.
The short version
- The site sets no cookies, has no accounts and shows no ads.
- We only collect your email address if you sign up to the Newsletter.
- We never sell or share your email address.
The Newsletter
If you sign up, we collect your email address and your confirmation that you're 13 or older. Our email service, Kit (kit.com), stores the address and sends the emails for us. Nothing else is sent until you click the confirm link in the first email.
We use your address only to send news about HEX Command and Devinci Studio. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the emails. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or by emailing us.
Children
The Newsletter is for people aged 13 or older. If you're under 13, please don't sign up. If we learn that someone under 13 has signed up, we delete their address. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete it at contact@hex-command.com.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we use your address and your message only to reply, and we delete them once we no longer need them. Our mail is forwarded by Cloudflare.
Visit counts
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn't follow you across other sites. It records things like which page was opened, the country and the type of browser, without identifying you.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it handles your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the site from attacks. Fonts, pictures and video all come from hex-command.com itself, not from other companies.
The game
HEX Command runs on Roblox. What happens in the game, and your Roblox account, are covered by Roblox's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@hex-command.com. Where data protection law gives you more rights, for example in the EU or the UK, you have those too, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
